Poker with video chat: play with friends on camera
Faces back at the table, in one browser tab. 18+ · play money only.
The best part of a home game is watching your friend try to keep a straight face. Most online poker takes that away, so people end up juggling a video call in one window and a poker app in another. No Folds Given puts the cameras on the seats.
What you get
- A camera on every seat. Each player's video sits in their seat at the table, so you always know who's who.
- HD up to 1080p where your device and connection allow.
- A spotlight on the action. The player whose turn it is gets a close-up, like a televised poker show.
- TV-style camera views. Switch between wide, player close-up, rail, top-down and showdown views (keys 1 to 5 on a keyboard), click a player to pin their close-up, or let the auto director follow the action.
- Table talk. Join the table audio to hear everyone, even with your own camera and mic off.
- No download. It works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers.
How to start a video poker game
- Tap Create a table on the home page and choose your game. Our poker night hosting guide walks through the settings.
- Send the invite link to your friends.
- When you're seated, turn on your camera and microphone. Your browser asks your permission first.
Your camera, your choice
- Camera and microphone are off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off or mute at any time.
- Prefer to stay off camera? Play with an avatar instead.
- Video and audio go only to the players connected to your table's call. Calls aren't recorded, and our game server never receives the media. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
- Video is for private tables with people you invite. Public tables with strangers have no camera or microphone.
Keeping tables friendly
Every seat has a report button, and a real person reviews every report. If two players at a table report nudity or hate within 10 minutes, that player's camera switches off automatically until a moderator has looked, and they can appeal the decision.
Tips for playing poker on camera
- Light your face from the front and keep the camera at eye level. A lamp behind a laptop screen works well.
- Use headphones to stop echo when several people are talking.
- Watch the reactions, not just the cards. Timing, glances and chat all give information away. Read our poker tells guide.
- Streaming your game? The director views make a poker night easy to watch. Make sure everyone on camera is happy to be shown.
