Welcome to No Folds Given ("we", "us", "our"), a free, play-money poker game for friends, available at nofoldsgiven.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Play money only — no gambling

No Folds Given is a social game. All chips are virtual, are provided free of charge, and have no cash value.
There is no real-money wagering on the Service: no entry fees, no deposits, no cash-outs, and no prizes of monetary value.
Virtual chips cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or transferred for anything of value, on or off the Service.
Do not use the Service to organise, facilitate or settle real-money gambling of any kind. Success at play-money poker does not imply success at real-money gambling.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to use the Service. Simulated gambling content is not intended for children, even though no money is involved. By playing, you confirm that using a free play-money poker game is lawful where you are.

3. Names, rooms and optional profiles

You can play without an account by choosing a display name. If optional profile features are offered and you choose to use them, you are responsible for keeping access to them secure. Do not impersonate another person, and do not choose a name, avatar or room name that is abusive, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. Private rooms are shared by link or code: anyone you share them with can join, so share them only with people you trust.

4. Camera, microphone and table manners

Camera and microphone use is always optional and under your control. See our Privacy Policy for how they work.
Be decent to other players. Do not harass, threaten, abuse or spam others, and do not send unlawful, hateful, sexual or otherwise harmful content through chat, audio, video, names or avatars.
Do not record or share another player's image, voice or messages outside your game without their permission.
You are responsible for whatever you say and show at your table.

5. Fair play

Play your own hand. Do not use bots, solvers, automated tools, multiple seats or collusion to gain an unfair advantage — even for play money, it ruins the game for everyone. We may reset chips, ledgers, rooms or profiles, and may restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

6. The Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time. Games in progress, chip balances, ledgers and hand histories may occasionally be lost or reset, including during updates. Because chips have no cash value, no compensation is payable for lost chips or interrupted games.

7. Our content and your content

The No Folds Given name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them beyond playing and sharing the game as intended. Content you create (such as chat messages and avatar choices) remains yours; you give us permission to use it only as needed to operate and display your game.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for disputes between players. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live.
